In the context of the situation derived from the covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism through the permanent training and consulting area of ​​the CSHG (Directorate of Professionalization) has launched a series of training actions aimed at improving professional skills in the tourism sector in a broad sense, and contributing to a coherent and comprehensive development of training based on the needs transmitted by the sector. These training actions consist of an expository part through online seminars and a reflection part. and practice based on individual work. The effective achievement of both parties, attendance at the webinar and delivery of practical tasks that show the internalization of the contents and the development of competences, supposes the overcoming of the training action and, therefore, obtaining the corresponding digital certification.
